Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design develop configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Service Catalog and Service Portal.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Develop custom applications workflows business rules UI policies and client scripts within ServiceNow.
- Perform platform upgrades patches and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct code reviews troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ServiceNow solutions.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases new features and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
- Should be at least CAD certified.
