Job Description
ETL Developer with SAS DI Expertise with Baseline security clearance Canberra and SYDNEY
We are seeking an ETL Developer with strong expertise in SAS Data Integration (SAS DI) to design develop and maintain ETL applications in a Data Warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile delivery excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and optimise ETL scripts and data warehouse solutions using SAS DI.
- Collaborate with business teams in an Agile environment to refine and deliver highquality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security auditability and data integrity standards.
- Document system designs processes and technical specifications.
- Guide and mentor junior developers ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Work with production teams for job migration scheduling and validation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in SAS DI programming and data warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies preferably Oracle with PL/SQL skills as an advantage.
- Experience with scheduling tools like IBM LSF ControlM or similar.
- Proficiency in structured analysis design and implementation of software applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing secure scalable and highquality ETL applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced Agile environment.
- Australian Citizen with Baseline security clearance
- Work location Sydney or Canberra
