A commitment to integrity independence and evidencebased decisionmaking is crucial as they will be relied upon to generate unbiased insights and trusted by clients to support their achievement of meaningful program outcomes. 

Ideally candidates bring a background in defence national security or related sectors with experience in strategic advisory program management performance improvement procurement and supply chain. Technical expertise in areas such as engineering data analytics program and risk management cybersecurity procurement and supply chain are highly valued.  

KordaMentha looks for individuals who can combine their technical knowledge with practical problemsolving abilities to drive significant improvements in defence capabilities and national security initiatives. 

For all team members: 

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to distil and present complex issues clearly. 

• Strong analytical (including data analysis) and problemsolving abilities particularly the ability to address unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic techniques 

• Consulting or advisory experience. Ideally with a strength in Analytics Supply Chain Procurement and Operating Models; and/or with Defence National Security of Federal Government clients 

• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders 

• Excellent results in a tertiary degree 

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance 

For Senior Appointments: 

• A strong professional network proven ability to pursue and win engagements and to contribute to business growth 

• Proven ability to build and nurture client and team relationships driving initiatives and achieving strategic goals.  

• Strong leadership coaching and teambuilding skills with experience guiding and motivating a highperforming team. 

• A proven track record of making critical decisions and/or being a trusted advisor to key decision makers 

• Executivelevel communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex information in both oral and written formats to inform fast decision making by senior business leaders
