Scope Technical Project Management skills Overall Infrastructure technical knowledge Windows Severs Linux Oracle and SQL Database Network PCs BUR Oversight of Infosys service provider for ticket management and escalation Project Management Ability to run Infrastructure Projects with minimal direction Current projects in Progress: Windowsmigration to 2019 Blue PC Windows 7 Upgrade to Windows 10 for Plant Floor devices MS Teams Phone Rollout Detroit NOC Integration with DTNA NOC assist with training and tracking milestones 2025 TSM to Commvault Network Projects Track as required Enter SNOW change control tickets and reassign invalid tickets to the correct team Miscellaneous Help with finding AD group approvers for UAM team Run BMC Monthly Review Rvtools report Windows Server tracking sheet owners Open SNOW request and change tickets Escalation point for SNOW Tickets and interface with Infosys Support Team Monitor Infosys performance through ServiceNow create required dashboards Assist with Annual Disaster Recovery Drill collect and track documentation Skills Project Management Skills Advanced Excel Skills Think cell PowerPoint Word Service Now MS365 Outlook and OneDrive BMC General overall Infrastructure technical knowledge
