Job Description

Business Development

B1.Prepare Annual Operations Plan for EPR

B2.Partner with BD team to prepare costings sheets regarding operations

B3.Identify new business opportunities in EPR

B4.Work with existing clients to increase the scope of business

Resource Management

R1.Monitor performance of the team

R2.Team building and capacity development of the team

Project Management/ Coordination

P1Oversee smooth functionality of EPR department. Daily review of all dashboards

P2Ensure proper planning and executions of all projects with in planned timeline and

P3deliverables

P4Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets as defined in the AOP

Process Improvement

I1.Digitise and automate processes to promote ease and scale of operations

I2.Documentation of SOPs

I3.Constant improvement of processes for all verticals of the department operations

I4.compliance audit accounts and overall productivity

I5.Improvement to the Integrated Management System for the department

I6.Regular checks on the policy changes and ecosystem requirements from an operations

perspective

Data Capture

D1.Review & continuously develop the EPR app on Zoho in collaboration with IT department

D2.Analysing and montoring data accuracy in DC manager and Tracer

D3.Manage CRM through Sale Orders

A1.Coordinate with finance team to conduct internal finance audits

A2.Oversee 3rd party client audits

Health & Safety

H1.Audit H&S of vendor and end destination locations. Ensure compliance at all locations

Field Survey

F1.Create a comprehensive vendor network pan India and ensure compliance with norms

F2.Visits to partner locations to understand the market space (end destinations vendors and

transport vendors)

Sourcing

S1.Identify pulse of the market prices competition trends and future developments

S2.Keep track of AOP monthly forecasting and review with operations team to ensure targets

are met

S3.Identify new vendors regular rate negotiations and overviewing POs

Logistics

L1.Capture impact metrics and target constant reduction of&nb Bachelors degree/Masters degree
