Position Overview:
Your job consists of providing travel advice to the customers of the company through our contact center in Lisbon
Portugal helping them to find the perfect stay whatever the reason for their journey may be. In fact we help travelers finding planning and booking their hotels allowing them to have an efficient and carefree travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish an efficient courteous and personalized contact with Company customers by telephone in Italian and English;
- Convert calls into reservations using positive sales and marketing techniques;
- Provide efficient and accurate information and assistance to the clients offering them a solution adapted to their needs;
- Establish and maintain effective collaboration with Company partners
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian language skills;
- Proficient English communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal communication and problemsolving abilities;
- Basic technical and computer skills;
- Ability to multitask and remain focused in a dynamic environment;
- Teamoriented with a capacity to thrive in a fastpaced energetic setting.
