Job Description
Open Position: Customer Service Support Medical Division (Pharmaceutical Company)
A pharmaceutical company is currently hiring a Customer Service Support Medical Division to join them in the Selangor company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Diploma/Degree in Healthcare related subjects with more than 1 year working experience.
- Recognize interactions that involve adverse events and/or product quality complaints and manage them in compliance with the applicable procedures.
- Record all interactions accurately in the necessary database. Ensure documentation is complete concise and adheres to Good Documentation Practices.
- Work together with colleagues to exchange effective methods and practices that meet the needs of customers and provide feedback to consistently improve daily processes.
- Collaborate in inquiries surveillance and inspections.
- Good proficiency in written English and proficient verbal communication skills in a professional context in English.
