Role Description:
- Develop and deliver customized therapy plans that address individual student goals.
- Perform indepth evaluations to identify speech and language needs in schoolaged children.
- Monitor and document student progress refining interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct oneonone and group therapy sessions guided by proven evidencebased methods.
- Collaborate with teachers parents and interdisciplinary teams to foster effective communication strategies.
- Advocate for students with communication challenges and serve as a key resource within the school community.

Requirements
Candidates must hold ASHA certification to be eligible for consideration. A Masters degree in Speech Pathology or a closely related field is required along with eligibility for or possession of a valid SLP license in the state of Florida.
