Our client a civil engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced finance and admin officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records conducting financial analysis and providing administrative support.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records including budgeting and forecasting
Conduct financial analysis and create financial reports
Utilize accounting software to prepare and analyze financial statements
Manage file and inventory management
Communicate with team members and provide administrative support
Oversee monthend and yearend close processes
Maintain and update the companys finance database
Adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field; ICAN ACA is an added advantage
Proven years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Key Skills:
Expertise in financial transactions general ledger entries and financial analysis
Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements
