Focus on innovative companies responsible for setting strategy guiding clients and reviewing the work of our outstanding Case Managers using legal automation technology.
Ensure compliance with the correct legal standards related to H1B L1 E2 and TN visas as well as the PERM process.
Supervise mentor and review the work of Case Managers covering a wide range of visa categories.
Advise and guide clients with the initial setup of the companys electronicposting process for Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) and recruitment processes for PERM applications.
Assist in drafting complex filings as needed.
Ensure all submissions meet A quality standards for our clients.
Communicate with clients to assess eligibility for businessrelated immigration benefits.
Provide timely updates to clients and respond to inquiries.
Research legal issues related to immigration benefits.
Utilize reports and manipulate data to prioritize work.
Experience you will need:
JD/LLM and bar license from any US state.
1 – 5 years of relevant immigration experience and a passion for delivering an extraordinary client experience.
Proven ability to work independently.
Preference for prior experience working successfully in a remote environment.
Experience working with corporate clients who do not yet have an established immigration program.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to use collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams Zoom Box (or other cloudbased document management system) etc.
Natural curiosity about technology.
