Job Summary
We are seeking a handson and strategic HR Manager to lead and execute HR functions at ELT Corporate. With 69 years of experience across industries the ideal candidate will excel in recruitment employee engagement and HR compliance while also actively participating in operational tasks. They will be responsible for building a strong workforce managing HR systems and ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently in a competitive talent landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Collaborate with management to define hiring needs for midtoseniorlevel positions and create detailed job descriptions.
Personally manage the recruitment process for key roles including sourcing interviewing and coordinating with candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Use platforms like LinkedIn and HRMS tools to attract and engage top talent.
Oversee and support team members in recruiting for entrylevel and intern roles.
Employee Engagement and Relations
Act as a key point of contact for employees addressing concerns and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Conduct employee feedback sessions and implement actionable plans to enhance engagement and retention.
Organize initiatives to boost morale productivity and employee satisfaction.
Performance Management and KPIs
Develop and implement KPIs for individuals and departments ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular insights and updates to management.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and guide managers in feedback and goalsetting discussions.
HR Operations and Compliance
Ensure compliance with all employment and labour laws keeping policies up to date with current regulations.
Handle operational HR tasks including documentation payroll coordination and HRMS data management.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical handling of sensitive employee information.
Oversee the HR teams daytoday tasks ensuring smooth operations.
Training and Development
Assess training needs and manage professional development programs.
Organize onboarding sessions to set new hires up for success.
Develop strategies to upskill employees and nurture leadership within the organization.
HR Systems and Reporting
Use HRMS tools (Zoho Recruit and Zoho People preferred) to streamline recruitment performance management and employee records.
Generate reports on recruitment efficiency employee engagement and workforce productivity.
Proactively recommend improvements based on HR data insights.
Strategy and Collaboration
Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Design and execute strategies to enhance productivity reduce TimetoFill for open roles and improve overall organizational performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
69 years of experience in HR with exposure to both operational and strategic tasks.
Experience working across industries with a strong understanding of competitive hiring practices.
Key Skills
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong handson experience with HRMS software (Zoho Recruit and Zoho People preferred).
Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines especially for midtoseniorlevel positions.
Indepth knowledge of HR compliance including employment and labour laws.
Proficiency in creating and tracking KPIs for individuals and teams.
Ability to manage a small team effectively while taking ownership of key tasks.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to handle employee relations sensitively.
