Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Estimator to manage and execute detailed project costs estimates. This role involves reviewing plans specifications and documentation to determine accurate scope coverage and pricing. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in estimation software CRM tools and productivity platforms to deliver precise and reliable project evaluations while understanding regional practices in Australia.
- Review and analyze project plans specifications and related documentation to determine scope and pricing.
- Utilize AroFlo CRM for estimation project management and maintaining client data.
- Conduct project assessments using Ground plan.
- Conduct quote assessment using excel spreadsheet.
- Prepare and maintain detailed cost estimates budgets and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis cost calculations and reporting.
- Communicate effectively in English to address queries and provide recommendations.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all estimation activities and documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in estimation project costing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AroFlo CRM and Groundplan software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word.
- Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and regulatory standards.
- Speak English well.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing plans and documentation.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various tools and systems.
- Setup and Location: WFH
- Work Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (AEST) 5:00AM to 2:00PM (PH)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
