Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MES EngineerPASX to play a key role in the design configuration implementation and validation of the Werum PASX Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will have indepth knowledge of PASX and GMPregulated environments with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
- System Implementation:
- Configure and implement the Werum PASX MES system to support manufacturing operations including electronic batch records (EBRs) inventory management and equipment tracking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design workflows and ensure alignment with user requirements and GMP guidelines.
- Support integration of PASX with other automation systems such as DeltaV BAS ERP and laboratory systems (e.g. LIMS).
- Configure and implement the Werum PASX MES system to support manufacturing operations including electronic batch records (EBRs) inventory management and equipment tracking.
- Project Execution:
- Lead and support MES implementation activities including FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables ensuring alignment with overall site project timelines.

- Workflow Optimization:
- Define and configure master data and recipes in PASX to optimize manufacturing operations.
- Develop reports dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights into manufacturing performance.
- Implement and test system functionalities such as deviation management material tracking and electronic signatures to ensure compliance.

Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Automation Engineering or a related field.

- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Werum PASX MES in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong background in GMPregulated environments electronic batch records and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience with greenfield or largescale MES projects is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Werum PASX MES in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in PASX system configuration including master batch records equipment management and material workflows.
- Knowledge of ISA88 and ISA95 standards for batch control and MES/ERP integration.
- Familiarity with integration protocols such as OPC SAP interfaces and automation systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skill
- Proficiency in PASX system configuration including master batch records equipment management and material workflows.
