- Respond to inquiries for group bookings and events qualify leads and work closely with the senior sales team members on new business
- Assist in preparing proposals contracts and preliminary event packages with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams including Reservations Food & Beverage Banquets Kitchen and Front Office to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain accurate group booking records manage room blocks and ensure all client requirements are documented
- Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for smaller events and support operations during preevent briefings
- Manage deposits and payments oversee billing processes and ensure financial accuracy postevent
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team including reporting and system updates

- Experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role in hospitality
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities
- A clientfocused mindset with a passion for luxury service and hospitality
- The ability to prepare Banquet Event Orders conduct preevent meetings and prepare events reports
- Knowledge and ability to operate Opera Cloud Software and various CRM systems
