Job Summary:
Customizing and maintaining Salesforce CRM implementations in Sales Service and Community Clouds.
Collaborating with business users for needs assessments drafting scopes of work and creating functional specifications for new or modified applications.
Designing and deploying solutions after gathering requirements and ensuring that these are highperforming reusable and reliable.
Developing Apex code and customizations and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Administering and managing security settings like Process Builders Workflows Validations Object Models Profiles Roles and Permission Sets.
Building and managing integrations with external systems using REST APIs and Web Services and having experience in MuleSoft for integration.
Supporting QA testing conducting code debugging ensuring seamless deployment and providing user training on new features to business stakeholders.
Troubleshooting and providing enduser support and training.
Serving as the lead developer utilizing core Salesforce languages.
Having a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Holding at least two of the following certifications: Salesforce Administrator PD1 Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Having a minimum of 4.5 years of experience in Salesforce development across Sales Service and Community Clouds.
Possessing technical proficiency in Apex SOQL SOSL Lightning Components Visualforce REST APIs MuleSoft ERP integration.
Having strong business analysis requirements gathering and solution documentation skills.
Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Being able to work on multiple projects and deliver within aggressive timelines in an Agile environment.
