Job Description
We are looking for Salesforce FSL Technical Developers with experience of 5 to 7 years to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) concepts and the ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a team to develop Salesforce FSL solutions as per the client requirements.
2. Design develop test and deploy highquality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
3. Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce FSL.
4. Communicate with project managers clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development testing and deployment.
5. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
Skills Required:
1. Strong Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) development skills.
2. Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
3. Experience with Salesforce.coms Sales Cloud and CRM/Sales business processes.
4. Good knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits Lightning Web Components APEX SOQL.
5. Experience in designing custom objects custom fields picklists page layouts workflow approval processes validation rules custom tabs reports Visualforce pages dashboards and email generation according to application requirements.
6. Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and team management skills.
