a. Responsible for 23 dark store operational SLA customer escalations resolution and logistics performance.
b. Will be required to visit the darkstores physically and ensure the process adherence and resolve the challenges on ground
c. Hyperlocal order to deliver monitoring and ensure on timely deliveries
d. Returns monitoring trend analysis closure for pending returns
e. Daily Order count tracking and projection on number of riders required subsequent day
f. Improve the systems processes and policies in the operations team to better support management reporting information flow and relevant business metrics
g. Strong analytical and quick problem solver skills
h. Collaborate with different teams to ensure that customer service quality is improved and close operational gaps on Warehouse and 3PLs.
i. Daily replenishment follow up with WH Courier & Dark Store and ensure on time inward of the inventory.
j. Handling real time customer service escalation handling from ground operation and providing quick resolution
k. Rotational shifts coordinate with riders need to be versatile with visiting assigned darkstores on a frequent basis as per business requirement
l. Preferred candidate having prior working experience and managing dark store operations for Blinkit Instamart Zepto BB
