Job Description:
- As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams throughout the solution implementation and ongoing sustainment This role will build and drive high performing relationships with customers and other stakeholders within team to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development
- In an operational setting you will be an integral part of the team responsible for
- Solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement
- Facilitate meetings with process owners and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Develop supporting materials to facilitate requirement building such as sample dashboards and user journey maps
- Develop procedures manuals and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered
- Work with onsite analyst to provide insight on business requirements and functional design
Qualifications
- 4 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst
- Proficient in use of formulas and functions in excel Smartsheet
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to help end users from cross functional teams to efficiently use the Smartsheet Application for their business needs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Experience building solutions using Premium Apps Data Shuttle Dynamic View DataMesh Pivot Calendar WorkApps
- Experience building solutions with Advanced Capabilities including Sheet Automations Crosssheet referencescell linking DataTable Document Builder Workload Tracking etc
- Technical understanding of Control Center solutions Experience building blueprints for multitier program configurations
- Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills LucidChart MS PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
