Job Description
We are looking for someone with:
5 years of Oracle DBA experience in an enterprise production environment
Strong working knowledge and experience on Oracle 11g/12c/19c
Solid experience on Oracle RAC ASM and Dataguard
Solid experience on OEM 13c
Good knowledge on ITIL processes
Solid knowledge and experience on databases on AIX Linux and Windows platforms
Effective decision making / problem solving skills (debugging testing)
Solid experience in shell scripting and PL/SQL
Good experience in database design and architecture
Collaborative attitude willingness to work with team members; able to coach participate in code reviews share skills and methods
Constantly learns from both success and failure
Experiments with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next
BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Good organizational and problemsolving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision possibilities and outcomes
Nice to Haves:
Solid scripting skills (Ruby Perl Python Bash)
Manage monitoring environment using monitoring tools like NewRelic
