Position: VIP Account Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough searches to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
- Demonstrate patience and strong negotiation skills when interacting with customers
- Analyze customer behavior and maintain personalized relationships with VIP clients
- Have a solid understanding of relevant products and services offered
- Monitor customer performance and behavior to assess eligibility for bonus credits
- Ensure adherence to product compliance and relevant regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Finnish (C1 level) and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong productivity and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the gaming industry
- At least 1 year of experience in portfolio management
