Tasks
As the Business Development Representative at CONROO you will make a lasting impact by driving the growth of the company through strategic client acquisition and relationshipbuilding. Your efforts will shape the future of our sales approach creating a scalable foundation that supports longterm success.
Sales and Strategy Execution
- Create a structured professional sales strategy that aligns with the companys values and mission transitioning from a founderdriven approach to a scalable teamoriented model.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures that can be scaled as the company grows.
- Execute sales strategies including identifying target clients creating sales pipelines and closing deals.
- Drive sales by utilising cold calling personalized emails networking and leveraging industry events
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Client Relationship
- Build relationships with key decisionmakers and develop a deep understanding of their business needs processes and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients highlighting the unique value proposition of our software solution.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our software meets the needs of our clients and stays ahead of the competition.
- Train and mentor new sales team members as the team expands.
Requirements
Essential skills and experiences:
- Fluent German language skills are a prerequisite for this position as it involves engaging with German partners and customers and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS) with a proven track record of success in selling complex and highvalue software solutions to clients
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and optimize the sales process
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value of our software solution to Clevel executives
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of closing deals with highvalue contracts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a focus on results and a passion for driving revenue growth
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; further languages are a plus
Nicetohave skills and experiences:
- Prior professional experience in startups consulting firms or other fastpaced environments particularly in logistics business development project management or finance
