Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer in Juno Beach FL. Summary: Are you passionate about making a difference and shaping the future of clean energy initiatives If so we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Digital Graphic Designer. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Graphic Designer to support our Digital Advocacy team as a contingent worker within the Marketing and Communications department. This designer will be instrumental in crafting compelling and visually stunning ads tailored for social media platforms aiming to drive engagement and influence our target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design an understanding of social media trends and the ability to translate complex ideas into captivating visuals. As a Digital Graphic Designer you will work crossfunctionally to develop compelling visuals for multiple channels. Working alongside a collaborative and driven team you ll thrive in our fastpaced environment where every action you take has a tangible and meaningful impact on our business. Key Responsibilities: * Design and produce highquality graphics and ad content for various social media channels including Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and more * Create multiple versions of content that can be used across different platforms and formats to ensure our message reaches and engages the audience wherever they are * Collaborate with the Digital Advocacy team to understand campaign objectives and create visual assets that align with strategic goals * Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different platforms * As a Digital Graphic Designer you will stay up to date with social media trends best practices and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field * Proven experience (3 years) as a graphic designer with a focus on social media advertising * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design tools * Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements * Experience in creating adaptable content that can be repurposed for various channels and formats * Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail color typography and layout * Ability to create engaging animations and GIFs is a plus * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams * Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment * A proactive solutionoriented mindset with the ability to handle feedback and revisions constructively * Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions * A portfolio showcasing a variety of social media ad designs and creative projects Goals and Objectives: * Drive brand awareness and audience engagement through visually compelling social media ads * Ensure all visual content aligns with the company s branding and strategic messaging * Continuously innovate and improve the visual impact of our social media campaigns
