Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HR solutions including Personnel Administration Organizational Management Time Management and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and support SAP HR modules according to business requirements.
2. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
3. Create and maintain documentation including process flow diagrams procedural guides and system configuration.
4. Provide training and support to endusers.
5. Work with the technical team to design and test custom developments.
6. Participate in SAP HR projects and initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and data privacy guidelines.
8. Collaborate with different teams to ensure system integrations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science HR or a related field.
2. 57 years of experience as an SAP HR Functional Consultant.
3. Experience with SAP HR modules including Personnel Administration Organizational Management Time Management and Payroll.
4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
8. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Kindly note the position is located in Hyderabad and the monthly rate is INR 75000. We are looking forward to your application.
