Business Systems Analysis and DesignTechniques
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of procurementprocesses systems and best practices
Demonstratedability to:
Analyze complex processes and understandintricate materials and documentation.
Research and gather data compile results andsolve problems.
Define user requirements and document userstories.
Use of various analytical techniques including process flows and usecases.
Prepare complex documents including generaland detail design specifications.
Successfully interact in a team environment.
Demonstratedworking knowledge of the following tools/technologies:
Webbased systems and business support toolssuch as procureto pay systems and contract management systems.
M365 apps Word Excel PowerPointSharePoint.
General IT security standards and practices.
Education andExperience
Candidates must possessa bachelors degree in computer science or closely related field from afouryear college or university with 5 or more years of relevant experience.Preferred qualifications include at least 3 years as an analyst in theimplementation of procurement workflows and contract management systems aswell as 2 years of experience organizing and coordinating multiple workassignments and priorities.
Thisposition will be on a contract basis for a period of up to 6 months. For optimal effectiveness the selectedcandidate should be available to start within the next month. VRS desires to interview proposed individualsbefore final approval. VRS feels theindividual needs to be onsite the majority of the time to work closely with theteams to be successful.
