Job Title : Production
Planning Engineer/Sr Engineer

Introduction:

This position is
responsible for carrying out all planning activities pertaining to aggregate system,
Sand washing system & Air classifiers.

Main Responsibilities:

Preparation of
daily, weekly and monthly plan & reports.

Monitoring and
coordination of Production and Despatch activities as per plan.

Follow-up for
material availability for smooth production.

Periodically
preparing follow-up sheets for day-to-day activities.

Monitoring of
Production orders and SAP activities for PP module.

Inventory
control management

Study for Make
or Buy decision for new developments.

Study of part
drawings, BOMs, routing, work centre, costing, sale order etc.

Ensuring Demand
plan for smooth MRP requirements.

Monthly MIS
preparation & circulation,

Need to be
handle the various reporting to review the business needs

Planning and development
activities of new Products in Alwar Plant

Coordination and
information flow with internal departments - Purchase, Sourcing, Engineering,
Quality, Logistics, SSO, Projects, Production, Warehouse etc.

Facilitate
Engineering change management.

Supplier
loading, Follow up

Monitoring
supplies as per customer requirements.

To succeed:

Diploma Mechanical =>5-8
years /BE (Mechanical) Min. 5 years experience.

Experience
in ERP SAP in PP module, preferably advance SAP
knowledge on Master data , VC etc.

A high level of computer
skills is essential Ms Excel, Word, PPT ,

Well versed in
documentation on ISO9000, ensure compliance of standards and documentation.

Strong Analytic
knowledge & Presentation skills, familiar with
industrial reporting and standards.

Good in Engineering drawings
studies.

Good Knowledge of
Planning Processes.

Highly
motivated individual with good communication, interpersonal skills, Team player

Does work with organized and systematic working methods
