Job Description
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategies for the BIW vertical aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to budgets timelines and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage and streamline all BIW operations including manufacturing supply chain and production.
- Establish robust systems to monitor and enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
- Team Management:
- Lead mentor and motivate crossfunctional teams including production quality maintenance and procurement.
- Foster a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards including ISO and automotive industry benchmarks.
- Implement stringent quality control processes to meet client and company specifications.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with design R&D and marketing teams to align operations with product requirements and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with vendors suppliers and other external stakeholders.
- Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay updated with advancements in BIW technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
- Initiate and oversee projects aimed at cost reduction process optimization and operational excellence.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor KPIs prepare operational reports and present performance insights to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
