Location: Irvine CA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Required Technical Skills:
Primary Skills:
- Strong handson experience in ServiceNow development including custom application design workflow configuration and integration development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM and CMDB.
- Expertise in JavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS for ServiceNow customization and scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and other APIs.
- Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture including table structures ACLs and business rules.
Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for ServiceNow development and deployment.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices as implemented in ServiceNow.
- Experience in ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation for analytics and insights.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform upgrades and patch management.
- Certification in ServiceNow (e.g. Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
