Join The Solved Skin: We re Looking for a Customer Champion!

The Solved Skin is on a mission to make it easy for people with skin concerns to have clear healthy skin. Founded by Ex Unilever Couple based out of Bangalore The Solved Skin was started with a deep conviction in what good skincare looks like Simple Gentle and effective with products that do what they say they will. With great feedback from our initial set of consumers we are now looking to reach out to many more and looking for great help to get us there.

About the role

We are looking for someone who loves talking to and helping people. Someone who can be organized and structured and create processes as needed. You will be core to the startup and work closely with the founders. We want someone to answer customer s queries

Key Responsibilities

If you re someone that genuinely enjoys speaking to people understanding them and helping them guiding them giving them a better experience you would enjoy this role. Our goal is to hire a people and customer champion who helps build loyalty amongst those who try and use our products. If this excites you reach out to us.

Requirements



  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.

  • Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers concerns and inquiries.
