This is a remote position.
Requirements
Experience in Social Media Management:
Proficiency in creating and implementing social media strategies.
Experience in growing social media channels.
Ability to manage and plan social media content.
Strong understanding of branding and marketing.
Video Editing Skills:
Basic to moderate video editing capabilities.
Familiarity with video editing software and AI tools that assist in video editing.
Ability to create shortform video content from podcasts and other media.
Experience in editing podcasts and able to follow the style from Wills past podcasts.
Team Integration:
Ability to join and participate in team meetings regularly.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
Proven Track Record:
Evidence of past success in growing social media accounts and managing video content.
Examples of previous work or case studies demonstrating effectiveness.
FullTime Availability:
Availability to work fulltime on growing the social media presence and managing podcastrelated tasks.
Strategic and Creative Thinking:
Capability to devise innovative strategies for social media growth and engagement.
Creative skills to enhance the visual and content appeal of social media channels.
Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of tools like Descript VEED or other AIpowered video editing software.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
