VTL Operator
Pay: $26$31/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: FridaySunday 6:00 PM6:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedVTL Operatorto operate and maintain vertical turning lathe (VTL) machines. This role is critical in producing highquality components while ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
- Operate and monitor VTL machines to produce components based on precise specifications.
- Set up machines including installing workpieces tools and fixtures.
- Adjust machine settings such as speed feed and depth of cut to optimize performance.
Blueprint Interpretation:
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and machining instructions.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances to ensure precision and adherence to job requirements.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
- Identify and address machining defects or irregularities to maintain product quality.
Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot VTL machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Report malfunctions or repair needs to supervisors or maintenance teams.
