- Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (some overtime required)

Job Description
Were seeking a proactiveRepair Technician Leadwith experience in commercial roofing to lead a twoperson service crew. The ideal candidate will excel in problemsolving demonstrate strong leadership skills and possess a thorough understanding of commercial/industrial roof maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve water intrusion issues.
- Identify document and advise on necessary repairs or replacements.
- Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
- Perform repairs on roofs siding windows doors and related constructions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address diverse project needs such as storm hail water fire or insect damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial roofing.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow company systems and procedures.
- Desire for continuous improvement through feedback.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced occasionally stressful environment.
- Some travel required.
- OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
