The Performance Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement performance marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand visibility. This role involves creating executing and optimizing datadriven advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Google TikTok Lazada and Shopee to increase website traffic boost conversions and maximize ROI. Key responsibilities include managing endtoend ad campaigns tracking and analyzing performance metrics conducting A/B testing and collaborating with internal teams and agencies to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate will stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to enhance the brands competitive edge and support integrated marketing objectives within budget constraints.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
The Senior Brand Executive is responsible in supporting the Marketing Manager with execution of marketing strategies in achieving the business and brand objectives.
- Brand and portfolio custodian to ensure all branding materials are consistent and aligned to brand guide across all relevant platforms.
- Lead the timely preparation launch and execution of all marketing programs/ collaterals/ activities for the assigned projects and portfolios across 360 initiatives.
- Source for branding opportunities in ATL Online BTL as appropriate to the brand with an eye to maximise ROI and explore suitable promotion/sampling/sponsorship opportunities in any platforms relevant to brand objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders agencies and suppliers in implementation of marketing collateral and promotional materials to ensure timely and smooth campaign execution.
- Collate market intelligence information regularly to retain brand s competitive edge. To have constant review monitoring and comparison made within the industry/competitors communication strategies to recommend next steps for the brand.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas during the planning of marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.
- Plan and work within budget of assigned marketing campaign/projects. To prepare postmortem reports after each campaign to evaluate effectiveness and key learnings.
- Support the reporting and decisionmaking process with data analysis and presentations.
- Initiate and coordinate adhoc assignments where required.
Requirements
The Senior Brand Executive should be an individual that is willing to learn and constantly strive to positively contribute to the team with a cando attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment being independent proactive meticulous datadriven with creative problemsolving skills are key to grow within the organisation.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Mass Communication or related discipline.
- Min 3 years of brand marketing experience in the consumer products industry preferably FMCG.
- Digitally savvy. Aware of the latest marketing social media branding & ecommerce trends.
- Strong analytical mindset. Proficient in deriving insights from data and translating into actionable plans.
- Possess strategic thinking and insights driven.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Selfmotivated and possess a strong sense of ownership. Able to work under pressure with good multitasking and time management skills.
