As a Medical Sales Executive you will oversee the advertising marketing and distributing of a specific our product through appropriate medical channels. You must also identify new opportunities to increase product sales investigate and resolve customer complaints and negotiate the terms of sale with customers strategically in order to close sales.
In this role you ll get to:
- Achieve sales targets consistently through effective management of territory by efficient time management resource utilization and call frequency rates to medical channels such as clinics and hospitals.
- Plan schedule organize and control daily tasks functions and duties to achieve individual/monthly sales target and execute key promotional plans with healthcare professionals.
- Proactively establish strong network and build close rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision makers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers which include merchandising with hospital retail pharmacies.
- Assist in conducting meetings talks seminars and continuous medical education (CME) for Healthcare Professionals to promote brand image and / or product awareness with the objective of achieving sales targets.
- To make effective use of all sales support materials clinical papers etc. to gain recommendation prescription and endorsement from current and potential healthcare professionals.
- Through sales report analysis competitor information and market intelligence of the industry and business environment develop actionable and measurable sales plans to enhance business reach.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Science or equivalent disciplines
- Innovative aggressive and selfmotivated with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people
- Good presentation skills and computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Own your own transport and a valid driving license
- At least 1 year sales experience dealing with healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry (especially dermatology) will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
