We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead growth initiatives. If you are passionate about strategy sales and building lasting relationships we d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities partnerships and revenue streams.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales plans.
    • Lead client acquisition efforts and build a strong portfolio of highvalue clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients partners and stakeholders.
    • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for product/service improvements and innovations.
    • Collaborate with marketing sales and operations teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
    • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members to foster a highperforming team environment.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance sales metrics and growth projections.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.



Requirements


    • Minimum of 3 5 years of proven experience in business development sales or a related role.
    • Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of business development principles sales cycles and negotiation strategies.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Zoho Salesforce).
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Candidate must live around Lekki/Ajah/VI Axis
