Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and talented Sushi Chef with a passion for Japanese cuisine to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of sushi dishes such as sashimi nigiri and maki rolls working in a fastpaced environment and ensuring excellent food quality and presentation. We cooperate with Retail and Super market and deliver 500 boxes of sushi per week.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present sushi dishes including sashimi nigiri and rolls with a high level of skill and attention to detail.
- Your position could be both in our Production kitchen or the Restaurant kitchen.
- Filet fish with precision and care ensuring optimal freshness and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations in both the restaurant and takeaway services.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 13 years of experience in a similar role specifically in sushi preparation and fish filleting.
- Language: Proficiency in English or Norwegian is required.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in Norway (EU passport )
- Must follow the strict worker regulations in Norway which prohibit doping or excessive alcohol use.
Benefits
Working Hours & Contract:
- Working Hours: 37 hours per week with the possibility of working additional hours if desired.
- Contract Type: Permanent with an initial duration of 6 months to 1 year renewable based on performance and mutual agreement.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 21.10 per hour
- Accommodation: Companyprovided accommodation available at a rent of 590 per month.
