Job Description
- Build the Gold loan Asset book to ensure scale and quality in the branch
- Maintain pristine portfolio quality across all buckets.
- Ensure Gold loan canvassers productivity of Rs 10 Lakhs.
- Identification of Gold loan Canvassers. Marketing activities across branch catchments.
- Need to manage & handling the portfolio of Gold Loan customers
- New customer acquisition for Gold loan
- Responsible for monthly business volumes and month end budgets
- Achieve cross sell budgets if any
- Ensuring KYC compliance
- Follow up for timely payment of interest and the principle
- Assistance in Gold Valuation and execution of documents/registers
- Credit Appraisal of Loans
- Cater to Walk In Customers
- Conduct Marketing campaigns as required
- Data Entry in system
- Sourcing new customers enhancing existing relationships analyzing needs cross sell of products & services
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Graduation/PostGraduation
- Experience: 2 yr. exposure in Gold loan sales & service only.
- Need to manage & handling the portfolio of Gold Loan customers
- New customer acquisition for Gold loan
