Job Description
- Design develop test and support bots created on the Blue Prism platform.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the development of automation initiatives.
- Ensure the quality of all deliverables.
- Develop and implement quality control and testing procedures; troubleshoot train users on bots and create technical guides for both internal and external users.
- Identify opportunities to optimize bot performance.
- Adhere to inhouse change management processes.
- Work closely with Heads of Departments to translate product vision into specific business requirements.
- Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Handle adhoc assignments such as creating Excel macros and collaborating on regional projects.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2 to 5 years (or more) of professional experience in process automation preferably at an enterprise scale along with experience as a business process analyst.
- Professional knowledge of RPA software preferably Blue Prism or other platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Handson experience with Microsoft technologies (Excel Macros VBA VB Script SQL).
- Strong skills in software architecture to develop highquality RPA solutions.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes automated solution designs and technical details to a nontechnical audience.
- Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the architecture of the implemented designs
- Acquaintance with Machine Learning solutions
- Experience in shipping industry or business administration processes
- Experience in operating RPA in a DevOps approach.
