Job Description
- Analyze and assess business processes for automation opportunities.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath or similar tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Create process flow diagrams and detailed documentation for automation processes.
- Develop test and deploy RPA bots while ensuring highquality standards.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing RPA solutions.
- Conducted unit testing and supported user acceptance testing of developed solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot RPA applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior RPA developers.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends tools and technologies.
- Develop and execute change management plans for RPA deployment.
- Document and maintain RPA project artifacts for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in RPA and blueprism.
- Proficiency in RPA tools preferably UiPath.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as C# VB.NET or Python.
- experience in database technologies and SQL queries.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience in creating detailed technical documentation.
