Job Description

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop business strategies and lead the team in implementing them to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies including global business expansion team management and growth and the establishment of operational systems in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze market data and share insights with the team and stakeholders to support business decisions.
  • Track and evaluate progress towards strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders including board members senior executives employees customers and partners to drive business success.
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by the CEO.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of team management experience with an international perspective and in a similar role (VP for Global Operations or COO).
  • Strong skills in data analysis operations management negotiation and a quick learning ability.
  • Experience in direct hotel contracting/acquisition.
  • Professional experience in the hotel travel or hospitality industry particularly within OTA or B2B channels is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities with the capacity to identify opportunities and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Must be located in China.
