This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week 8 hours per day
  • WedSun 7 AM 4 PM Nevada Pacific (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time includes 1hour unpaid break

  • Become an expert in the company s services confidently guiding customers through pricing information and service options
  • Play a key role in lead generation by inputting valuable customer data into the company s CRM system
  • Collaborate with various departments directing complex inquiries to the appropriate teams for seamless customer support
  • Champion the company s commitment to rapid response times ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
  • Contribute to the company s growth by identifying sales opportunities and nurturing customer relationships


Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Proven track record in customer service and sales roles demonstrating a customercentric approach
  • Techsavvy individual comfortable with CRM systems and standard office software

  • Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday embracing a schedule that allows for optimal customer support
