This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours a week 8 hours per day
- WedSun 7 AM 4 PM Nevada Pacific (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time includes 1hour unpaid break

- Become an expert in the company s services confidently guiding customers through pricing information and service options
- Play a key role in lead generation by inputting valuable customer data into the company s CRM system
- Collaborate with various departments directing complex inquiries to the appropriate teams for seamless customer support
- Champion the company s commitment to rapid response times ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
- Contribute to the company s growth by identifying sales opportunities and nurturing customer relationships
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage customers effectively
