Job Title: ITS Solution Architect
Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to provide technical leadership in defining and delivering commercially viable and pragmatic solutions to complex business challenges. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders and SMEs to ensure the successful delivery of innovative secure and scalable solutions aligned with business goals and technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Design
- Define and articulate practical costeffective solutions addressing business challenges or opportunities.
- Ensure all aspects of business application data infrastructure and security are sufficiently detailed to enable seamless implementation.
- Consider testing release/transition and operational/service support requirements in solution designs.
Requirements Management
- Ensure all functional and nonfunctional requirements are met or exceptions are clearly justified approved and documented by all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accountability for delivering solutions that meet agreedupon standards and requirements.
Strategic Alignment & Collaboration
- Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure solutions align with business and technology strategies. Seek and secure minimal dispensations where necessary to balance organizational goals.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver effective solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Quick Wins & Transition Architectures
- Identify opportunities for quick wins or shortterm transition architectures such as minimum viable products (MVPs) to realize business benefits rapidly and with reduced risks complexity and costs.
Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex and often intermittent technical challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
What You ll Need
- Proven experience in designing and delivering endtoend solutions that address both business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of functional and nonfunctional requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across technical business and operational teams.
- Expertise in identifying and implementing transition architectures and quickwin solutions to drive business value.
- Experience leading diverse teams of internal and external SMEs ensuring cohesive and efficient solution delivery.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools ensuring alignment with broader business and IT strategies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills especially in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
Additional Details
- Line Management: This role does not include line management responsibilities but requires strong leadership in coordinating and guiding technical teams.
- Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF ITIL or similar industry standards is a plus.

Technical Troubleshooting
- Address complex and intermittent technical challenges ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business processes.
