Curriculum Delivery:

- Plan prepare and deliver lessons that are clear engaging and aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Student Assessment and Progress Tracking:
- Design administer and grade tests quizzes and assignments.
- Evaluate and document students academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Practical Knowledge:
- Conduct Physics experiments and ensure proper utilization of lab resources.
- Encourage students to develop handson skills and understand experimental techniques.
Guidance and Mentorship:
- Mentor students for board exams competitive exams like JEE NEET and other entrance tests.
- Provide academic counseling and help students set and achieve goals.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain discipline and create a positive inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure safety and manage resources effectively.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated with advancements in Physics and pedagogical techniques.
- Participate in training sessions workshops and seminars.
Collaboration:

Required Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Physics from a recognized university (M.Sc. or equivalent).
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
Experience:
- Minimum 35 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSEaffiliated school (preferred).
Certifications:
- TET/CTET qualification (as applicable).
