Job Description
Name of Position Sr. BDM Alliance
Location Mumbai HO
Reporting to GM Alliance & Sourcing
Department Alliance & Sourcing
Shift 5 days working.
Must Requirements in Job role
- Accountable for growing the business growth for 1 to 2 years.
- Accountable for sales revenue & P&L.
- Nurture & Develop relationship with key decision maker of the customer s organization for existing business and new business.
- Troubleshoot and proposing the business model for signing the term sheet.
- Should have experience of working with A customers and EU site transfer projects
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Develop the Annual budget for the business and make it execute.
- Lead team for timely results
- Good analytical Communication skills Planning & organizing and business acumen.
- Result orientation
- Total Experience: 12 to 15 Yrs.
- Exposure in B2B / CMO business
- Qualification: B.Pharm or B.Sc. with MBA in Marketing.
Threshold Requirement in the Job role (additional but not mandatory).
- Upto 500 Cr. Turnover Business with formulation / API background.
Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year
- Building a strong business pipeline for 1 to 2 years
- Developing an energetic team
- Meeting the 1 2 years budgeted target
Business Development experience in Pharmaceutical formulation / API background
Education
Any Graduate
