Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- A luxury attitude strong interpersonal skills and a high EQ are essential
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination (preferably within a luxury hotel environment)
- You are a selfmotivated sales professional with strong negotiation skills and upselling expertise
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills able to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Experience preparing Banquet Event Orders conducting preevent meetings and preparing events reports
- Attention to detail in proposals contracts and event execution
- Knowledge and ability to operate Opera Cloud Software and various CRM systems
