What you will be doing:
- Provide operational supervision and services as well as security of guests and property during the night
- Perform all checkin and checkout tasks.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Provide information about our hotel available rooms rates and amenities.
- Responsible for the night financial tracking reports and cash collection
- Act as a point of contact for all guests during their stay and undertake management responsibilities at the hotel
- Respond to clients complaints.
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests needs.
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
- Energetic and passionate to work
- Innovative approach to work
