Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities/new leads to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related role. A minimum of 8 years in similar positions required.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Experience in related service industries(hospitality/retail or other service sectors) is a plus .
- Excellent communicationand presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
