Job Description
Disclaimer: This is an independent consultancy contract for a period of 06 months.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Practice best QE guideline define by the QE department
- Work with associate engineers to understand business requirement
- Work with Snr. Engineers to understand the technical specification
- Participate requirement review session and log clarification
- Functional test case writing execution & Defect management
- If automation scripting and trouble shooting
- Support Snr. engineers to identify nonfunctional requirement
- Participate in System Integration Testing
- UAT document preparation and UAT demo
- Follow Agile process
- Ontime delivery
- Follow the hierarchy when there is need of any escalation
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 2 year(s) experience
- 1 year(s) experience in software Engineering
- Good understanding on basic QA practice
- Knowledge in testing concept and model
- Knowledge in Test Management tools (Jira/HPQC)
- Hands on experience in test automation (Selenium)
- Analytical problemsolving teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
