Job Title: Success Development Specialist (German Speaker)
Location: Mlaga Spain
Type: Fulltime Onsite
About the Role
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for driving success and fostering relationships We are seeking a motivated Success Development Specialist fluent in German to join our vibrant team in Mlaga Spain. In this role you will collaborate with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction playing a key part in driving growth and building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Germanspeaking clients ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and efficient client experiences.
- Monitor client progress providing insights and recommendations to maximize their outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on account performance.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in client success account management or a similar customerfocused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Problemsolving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and datadriven strategies is a plus.
