Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Supervisor to join their healthcare team in Periodt Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic pharmacy team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize workflow and ensure highquality service.
- Manage inventory and procurement of pharmaceuticals to maintain stock and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective and safe medication use.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget planning and cost management.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in Arizona.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations regulations and medication safety practices.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to patientcentered care and continuous improvement.
