The Opportunity
Our client a leading player in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver cuttingedge projects in powertrain systems for OEM customers. Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Manage the endtoend lifecycle of powertrain projects for OEM customers ensuring ontime delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Customer Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between OEM customers and internal teams ensuring alignment satisfaction and seamless communication.
- Team Coordination: Lead crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement and production to achieve project milestones tailored to OEM specifications.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in program management to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You Bring
- Experience: Proven track record in program management within the automotive sector.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of powertrain products with a preference for mechatronic or electromechanical systems experience.
- OEM Focus: Direct experience managing programs for OEM customers with a deep understanding of their requirements and expectations.
- Leadership: Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive crossfunctional teams.
- ProblemSolving: A proactive mindset with a knack for overcoming challenges and delivering results.
